AT LUX we do more than lease suites. We help you connect with other professionals in different trades to help you grow your clientele!
We also help with life events. Relocation, babies, marriages and elderly parents happen! We help our pros find talent and identify sublet or co-share opportunities that minimize disruption to their business as life ebbs and flows.
Relocating, starting your business or just going out on your own? A sublet or co-share opportunity is an ideal way to make the transition, minimize risk while learning what makes LUX special first hand!
Some salon suites give you an incentive to start. We give you an incentive to stay! Ask for details about our longevity incentive during your tour!
All suites include towel service, utilities and Wi-Fi.
Hairstylist suites include a Minerva Avant shampoo bowl and Minerva styling chair.
We can handle painting, hanging decorations, assembling furnishings and painting so you can focus on growing your business! Note: Some suites include customization incentives.
