Can I tour a suite before I decide?
Yes. Use any Request a Tour button on this page, tell us which suite interests you, and we will follow up to schedule a time to see the building and available suites in person.
What does it take to reserve a salon suite at LUX?
A non-refundable reservation deposit equal to one week of market-rate rent, a payment for your door sign, and a state-issued ID. The suite comes off the market when the deposit is received. The reservation deposit converts to a refundable security deposit when you move in. LUX collects identification because it takes human trafficking prevention seriously, and without ID it won’t take a deposit. The lease must be signed within 2 days of the deposit, and move-in must be within 3 weeks of the deposit.
